Anger Management

"Anger is a completely normal, usually healthy, human emotion."

Success

We all know what anger is, and we've all felt it: whether as a passing annoyance or as all-out rage. Anger is a completely normal, usually healthy, human emotion. However, when it gets out of control and turns destructive, it can lead to problems—problems at work, in your personal relationships, and in the overall quality of your life. It can make you feel as though you're at the mercy of an unpredictable and powerful emotion. This program is meant to help you understand and control anger.

The Anger Management Program at CFGC is a SAMSHA based curriculum designed to support individuals with anger concerns. Curriculum covered in this program includes understanding anger, anger in the family, a review of the aggression cycle, creating anger control plans, assertiveness training, and conflict resolution.

Clients will meet once per week for 12 weeks at $45 per session. If you are interested in the Anger Management Program, please fill out our appointment request form, call 903-893-7768, or come by our office during business hours Monday through Friday.
